1. All sales are final

All products sold on Skinoria are non-refundable once payment is completed. This applies to:

• Used or unused items
• Orders placed by mistake
• Change of mind after purchase

Once your payment is successfully completed:

• The order is considered final
• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment
• No refunds or chargebacks are accepted
